Student Goverment Election 2016

SGA

Candidates for the Student Government Association began campaigning for their desired office on Monday.

The only competitive race for SGA is for president and vice president. Students will decide between the two tickets who will serve as their next student body leaders.

There are 11 people running for the Senate. Because the Senate has 12 seats, all 11 people running to be a senator are guaranteed a spot.

The 12th spot will be filled through an appointment by the next vice president.

Voting begins Monday at 8 a.m.
