Greetings! My name is Jade Patterson and I plan to major in international business and minor in German.

Previously serving as a non-voting member of the senate this semester as the secretary of the senate, I wanted to introduce myself to the Student Government scene and get a better understanding of what the student body is looking for before diving head first into the position of senator.

Now that the spring semester is concluding, I know that I am now adequately prepared to address the issues pressed by my peers. As your senator, I plan to dedicate my term to three major hot topics at St. Edward’s: the eco-friendliness of campus, campus involvement and smoking policies on campus.
