My name is Ashley Esparza and I’ll be a senior for the 2016-17 school year. I am majoring in environmental science and policy with a minor in chemistry.

For the current 2015-2016 year, I am the external affairs director as of January 2016, which entailed numerous events including the SGA tent during the Homecoming Tailgate and the Spring Public Forum.

I’ve participated in including EcoLead and LeaderShape in which I believe to have truly developed crucial leadership skills and personal growth from these experiences.

After working with Big Event and SERVE One Day, I do agree giving back in any way is necessary since it builds on the community aspect and humbling, outward perspectives that St. Edward’s University advocates for its students to encompass.
