Judas Priest reigns as king
It has been 40 years since metal band Judas Priest started making music and rocking stages around the world.
Throughout the years, they have continued to record new music and tour. Fun Fun Fun Fest and Judas Priest’s new album, “Redeemer of Souls,” brought the band back to Texas for the first time in 26 years.
As soon as lead singer Rob Halford graced the black stage, the crowd’s energy skyrocketed. The band used this energy to their advantage as they flawlessly began the set in a way that only bands playing together for 40 years could.
Halford’s many costume changes rivaled any pop-star, but with a lot more leather and studs. The rest of the band’s outfits followed in the same theme.
As the band played songs new and old, “Love Bites,” fans of all ages rocked out to this classic rock band.
