Hello! I decided to flee Austin for a year abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark. I may have left the sun behind, but supposedly Denmark is the “happiest country in the world.” We’ll have to see about that one. I am majoring in Communication and minoring in Art History. I am taking classes at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad (DIS) with fellow Americans. Although I am taking classes with Americans, I live in a Danish residence hall with over 100 Danes. Follow me as I attempt to live like a Dane – even if that requires biking in the snow…Maybe.
