Music fest dishing out three times the fun this weekend

One of Austin’s biggest independent music festivals, Fun Fun Fun Fest runs Nov. 4-6.  This year, the festival is bringing in bigger names, more fans and more fun than ever. Before the music begins, check out some of the weekend’s most anticipated acts.

By this point, it’s safe to say that Spoon is one of Austin’s truly flagship bands. Over the band’s  15 year career, it has continued to evolve its sound while maintaining the ethos of a pure rock n’ roll band. This has led to one of the most consistent back catalogs around, with many songs that have been canonized in the indie lexicon.
