Volleyball team set for post-season play

For the fourth year in a row, the volleyball team took home the Heartland Conference Regular Season Championship. The Hilltoppers are set to compete in the NCAA South Central Regional Tournament this week for the first time since 2004.

St. Edward’s is the #5 seed in the region, but fell short to the #6 seed Arkansas Fort-Smith at the Heartland Conference Tournament championship match on Saturday afternoon.

Women’s volleyball faced a tough defeat from Angelo State at their latest game Oct. 14. However, the Hilltoppers did not lose spirit or faith until the end of the last set.
